Training Runs

GCR members regularly get together for training runs.

Thursdays 6:00 am - 6 Miler (7:30am breakfast at The Beanery) - starts at the Philharmonic Center

Saturdays 6:00 am - Distance Run (8:00am breakfast at First Watch) - starts at Lowdermilk Park
